Please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch.

After dispatch your order will arrive within 2-6 business days.

• Orders across Ukraine are sent by “Nova Poshta” (2-3 working days) 
• UPS or DHL international shipping: $25 USD (4-7 business days)
• FREE EXPRESS shipping on orders over $500 USD

Please note: We don’t deliver our items to Russia and Belarus.

Track your order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will be issued 24 hours after placing your order on weekdays (or the following business day if you placed your order on a weekend).

Duties and Taxes:

Customs duties and/or VAT might apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. SWIM BY DI is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations, as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Returns:

The swimsuits can not be returned or exchanged.
